How to Replace All Boards in 58″ Samsung TV

In this video we will show how to replace the boards included in this Samsung TV Repair Kit.
The boards included are the main board, the power supply, the t-con, and the wifi module.
This is a somewhat generic video and although there may be small differences from model to model, if your TV model is listed in the video description, then the general process for replacing these should apply to your TV.
It is recommended to take pictures during the repair process to use as a reference point. Be sure your TV is unplugged.
The first board we are going to replace is the power supply board. I will start by disconnecting all of the cables and connections on the board.
Remove the screws and the board from the chassis.
Align the replacement board and install the screws to secure the board to the chassis.
Reconnect all of the cables.
The next board we are going to replace is the t-con board.
The t-con board may be covered with a shield that needs to be removed.
I will start by disconnecting all of the cables and connections on the board.
Remove the screws and the board from the chassis.
Align the replacement t-con board and install the screws.
Reconnect all of the cables to the board.
Reinstall the t-con board cover.
The next board we are going to replace is the main board.
Start by disconnecting all of the cables and connections.
Remove all of the screws and the board from the chassis.
You may need to disconnect the plastic piece on the main board.
Align the replacement board and install the screws.
You may need to reconnect the plastic piece to the main board.
Reconnect all of the cables and connections on the board.
The next board I am going to replace is the wifi module.
Disconnect the cable on the wifi module.
Remove the screw.
Remove the board. Push down the tab on the bottom of the wifi module and pull it away gently form the board, while pushing up on the wifi module.
Slide the replacement board into position.
Reinstall the screw.
Reconnect the cable.
